Antique Silver Lava Stone Necklace

This is antique silver - NOT Sterling, but I have had them laying out a few weeks to see if they began tarnishing and they have not - I believe they are probably lacquered or coated somehow - 

As you can see the metal ball is perforated and holds a 14mm lava stone -- this allowing the oils to "breathe" through the perforations - the chain is 28" long -  it would be easy to shorten if you wanted
